Have a you been joining in and taking the Aldi challenge?

Myself and  Boo Roo And Tigger Too are taking the challenge this month and for the next 4 weeks we will be taking the challenge and seeing how Aldi can help us banish the blues from DIY to fitness, using products taken from Aldi’s January Specialbuys line up.

Every Thursday and Sunday Aldi offers something new with a constantly rotating array of quality products at great value prices.
For the second line up we have products from their great kitchen range which is in store from Sunday 11th January (while stocks last).

This week we were sent 2 products from the range:

  • 2 litre pulp container

This Russell Hobbs AURA Juice Extractor makes it easy to turn whole fruit into delicious juice and veg . And at this price, it makes it affordable too.
I have been wanting a juicer for a while but kept putting off buying one because good brands like this are normally expensive and I normally would rather spend the money on other things for the kids etc,For this price there can be no excuse for buying one at all.
Now I have only just got this on Friday so have not had a lot of time to play around with it but I did have a quick play around with it and what I had left in the house before we go shopping.

Apple,Beetroot and carrot well it came out well and it tasted actually really good and the juicer works well.I will be using it more over the next few weeks so will be sharing how it goes with you. This will make life much better in that I can now quickly and easily make some tasty and healthy juice and not keep buying from the stores that you really do not know what other preservatives are in it.
My kids have been telling me what kinds of juices they want so I think we are going to be doing a lot of experimenting.
With this you also get Free 2 year Warranty.

£22.99.

I love pressure cookers simple easy and quick so you can get really tasty food but i a fraction of the time cooking with other means. For example,Long grain rice can cook in 6 minutes Shrimps 2 minutesChicken (whole) 5 minutes per 450g/lbThis is just a guide if in doubt check that it is cooked through.

Such a great invention especially for anyone that is busy and also helps to save on the bills since you will not need to use the cooker for as much time.Almost any food which can be cooked in steam or water-based liquids can be cooked in a pressure cooker.
These products are both Russell Hobbs so really great quality personally I like this brand and have a few other products from their range,The good thing about buying these from Aldi is that they are cheaper the juicer especially is a really good price.

I have added a few pictures of other products in the range on sale from Sunday 11th Jan.

Please remember the products shown on here will be in stores from the said dates only while stocks last so do not waste time in grabbing a bargain.
